From Eco friendly and sustainable living to nurturing my body and surroundings with all natural clean foods and house and body cleaning products. A lover of oils, crystals, meditation, astrology, working out, personal growth, the Earth and sharing all my passions with those who want to listen and be inspired.
Being a mom of 5 active school age children has me coming and going. They are my drive to be the best version of me I can be as a role model for not only my kiddos, but their friends as well. I’m always excited to learn more to grow and encourage all those around me to do the same.
